Sunny Rae Room is a 4,000-square-foot, two-story historic building dating back to the 1920s, featuring thoughtfully designed spaces on both levels.

The ground floor includes two distinct rooms. The first room is designed in a deep blue palette—reminiscent of Beauty and the Beast—and features eight large antique chandeliers, an integrated speaker system, and an open layout that allows you to customize the space with your own chairs, tables, and floral designs. The second room offers a full bar, stage, bar seating, and a built-in speaker system, and is painted green with gold accents, creating a classic speakeasy vibe.

Upstairs, the building features three private rooms ideal for getting ready and relaxing. This level includes a kitchenette, a bridal or lounging area, and a dedicated makeup and hair room. The upstairs is decorated in an upscale Art Deco style, showcasing distinctive wallpaper and character, while preserving original elements such as exposed brick and a 1920s stove.

The entire building may be rented as a whole, or the downstairs rooms and upstairs spaces may be rented separately.
